Setting up your space

Choose a quiet, private area where you can lie down comfortably and minimize interruptions for the duration of the session. Before we begin, make sure your device is charged and set up so that I can see you during the session. This allows me to support your breathing practice and provide guidance when needed. Pets are always welcome to sessions!

Gather Your Supplies

You may find it helpful to have:

  • A yoga mat, bed, couch, or other comfortable surface

  • A blanket for warmth and comfort

  • A pillow or bolster for support

  • Water nearby

  • Tissues if needed

  • A journal for reflection after the session

  • Headphones for a more immersive experience

Allow Time for Integration

Plan for a few quiet moments after your session. Many participants find it helpful to rest, journal, take a walk, or simply reflect on their experience before returning to daily activities.

All individual sessions are conducted online via Zoom. A meeting link and any additional instructions will be provided before your appointment.
